Responsible for planning, implementing, measuring and marketing the annual membership program for the organization, meeting or exceeding both memberhsip number goals and revenue goals for the organization and its affiliates. Position will supervise customer service department and direct activities supporting and managing data integrity as it relates to the member and customer database.

Bachelors degree in marketing or related discipline required (masters preferred). Five years of related experience. Association memberhsip development experience preferred. Public speaking and non-profit association experience desired.
